With tax time almost on us, many of us are starting to gather their tax documents together in preparation. And you can always tell the folks that need their tax returns back the most, because they are the ones filling out their returns in January! Ask any of these people what they have in mind for their money, and you can bet that they already have it spent, at least in their heads!
